Big City Experience – Small Town Service

We had a large double trunk ash that was inspected by the city park department, and marked for death. We had a couple of estimates done by well rated tree services, but the estimates seemed quite high. Then, we got estimates by a couple of other services, and the estimates were more reasonable. Then, we got a call from Premier, and they said that they had gotten a cancellation, and would we like the work done in two days?! We met them at the property, and the work went carefully, cleanly, and smoothly. And, the crew was well coordinated, courteous, and all the work was fine, including dismounting cable TV wires, and then remounting them. I recommend Premier Tree for tree removal.

The men showed up on time, were very courteous and did a great job. They did all they said they would and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tree taken down and/or thinning of a tree to clean it up and balance it. We had both done.

I knew we wanted the large oak with branches over our roof and the tree leaning over neighbor's property removed. It was fifteen feet from our roof and gardens and close to another large oak with branches intertwined. I needed reassurance Premier had the experience and expertise to work in this very confined area. Brian did that, and presented the idea of using a large crane and an aerial bucket truck to cut large segments and place them near the road for removal and cleanup for a reasonable price. Dennis and crew and the crane company operator did that impressive job in quick time, and the stump was ground without injuring any roots from the adjacent oak. The cleanup crew left me with a clean street and lot and a small pile of fire pit logs, as I requested. They worked with my neighbor to help coordinate access.

They did a great job, fast, professional, and cleaned up everything. Very fair and communicated well. Would recommend to others and we will use them again!

I received a call from Premier Tree Service within 15 minutes of my post on Home Advisor. Brian called me, we set up a time for him to come by and give me an estimate. This company did a great job and when it was too wet for them to work, they called me to set up another date, waiting for the ground to dry out a bit so it would not harm the lawn or the neighbors' lawn. They talked to our neighbors too the day that they came to cut and trim, and haul brush away. They wanted to be sure the neighbors were OK with everything as far as hauling brush over the property line to get it to the street.

Thanks for a job well done. Premier Tree Service took down a huge silver maple on a tricky city lot for us. They were efficient, safe, and friendly. I was impressed with how they handled a big tree in a small, fenced yard with raised beds that they needed to access through an alley. I would recommend them to anybody needing a tree taken out or any other trimming services.

We were in need of some tree removal and pruning and got five estimates for the work. Brian was the representative that came to give us an estimate for your company. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us a good explanation about how they would be doing the work. His estimate was the lowest of the five so we agreed to have your company do the work. Your work crew came on the afternoon of July 10th. The foreman, Mike, reviewed with us what our expectations were concerning the work. They proceeded to remove two very large Colorado spruce trees. Then, using a bucket, the foreman got way up into the canopy of our ash tree and did an excellent job of pruning. The stumps were ground out and many surface roots also removed. The two men who assisted worked the equipment efficiently and cleared the two spruce trees and ash pruning’s. The site was very clean when they were finished. We wanted you to know that we were very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of your workers. We would definitely hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My neighbor and I had (6) 100' Cottonwood trees grouped in a relatively small area on our common property line not far from our houses. Due to the proximity of the trees to both houses, we were concerned about falling limbs, etc., during storms and high wind events. We were also tired of cleaning up the mess from each of these trees each year. We were also concerned about potential damage to our homes during a tree removal project.

In January, we decided to contact several tree specialists to get bids on removing the trees. We reached out to 8-10 different companies, and we received a wide range of bids. Premier Tree Service was the last tree specialist that we reached out to for a bid, and they made our decision easy.
